Battery and electronics distribution specialist wins award for best shell scheme at Expo
Zylux Distribution Marketing Manager Chris Lightfoot said the company was privileged to win an award for its stand at the AAA Expo.
“At Zylux Distribution we live and breathe automotive; and so do our customers,” he said.
“It was our vision to create a space that reflected this common passion that brings us all together. For many of us this automotive passion can be attributed to watching or participating in motorsport. The stand celebrates motorsport and the passion for all things automotive.
“This year we displayed OzCharge, NOCO and NAVMAN products. The NOCO range of jump-starters and chargers have certainly made their mark in Australia and it was exciting to showcase to the industry the new GB50 1500A and GB500 12/24V 20,000A jump starters.
“The AAAE show saw the public release of one of our longest standing government projects, the OzCharge Rescue Mate Integrated Jump Starter (RM800i). Designed for and now fitted standard in various Australian emergency service vehicles, the RM800i is the first onboard push-button operated jump-starter of its kind.
“The level of interest received at the show undoubtedly confirms the demand for this type of product. We are excited to see the Rescue Mate Integrated Jump Starter having wide-spread application including business fleets, 4X4ers, boats to even your every-day driver.
“The award was a fantastic result that acknowledges all the hard work that the team put into the stand in the lead up to the show. The award confirms Zylux Distribution’s ability to provide premier automotive distribution delivering brands the exposure they deserve and growing its presence within the Australian automotive market.
“The expo was hugely successful for us. The show provided the opportunity to drive new business and foster new relationships but there is also so much value gained from being able to build upon our pre-existing business relationships. The AAAE is a fantastic opportunity to have so many of our customers and suppliers together under the same roof. The face to face contact at the show stimulates ideas and ultimately builds a level of trust that is sometimes required in order to bring a project to life.”
